Pasta Ecologies
2019–present
An ongoing project engaging pasta-making as a profound human practice interwoven with cultural memory, ecological systems, and critiques of capitalism through publications, lectures, meals, and workshops. Workshop themes have included Migration, Ecologies, Morphologies, the Minimum Viable, the Pyro Commons, Metabolisms, Tools, and Territories. Partners have included Sali e Tabacchi Journal, Forno, Index Space, Comptoir du Vin, Ace Hotel Brooklyn, Storm Books, and various Artist residencies.
