Pasta Ecologies
An ongoing project interrogating pasta and its myriad forms through personal formal experiments, compilation of outward facing resources, pasta to-order, publications, and in workshops.
Workshop themes thus far have included Ecologies, Morphologies, the Minimum Viable, Metabolisms, Tools, and Territories. Partners have included Index Space, Comptoir du Vin, Ace Hotel Brooklyn, and various residencies.
