2025A a talk and meal for Hito Estudio defining and complicating the term and origins of Cucina Povera. This talk proposed a global and transhistorical Cucina Povera or ‘Poor Cuisine’, produced by the active and ongoing synthesis of the material sensuous world with global economic realities.
