The Eaters and the Eaten
2024A lacto fermentation workshop and reading room hosted by PROPS SUPPLY in which participants fermented seasonal produce using a vacuum sealing technique. Participants experimented with composition of form, flavor, and texture with a consideration for the infinite and contradictory relationships and ecologies implicated in fermentation.
