2026An exploration of the coagulation of labour and value through the preparation of fresh curd. The preparation and serving of curd as both demonstration and metaphor: a meditation on labour solidifying into form, value, and exchange. Commissioned by Serpentine Gallery and performed at the New Museum in collaboration with NEW INC.
